Left the river, to get the big boat in the water. Set lines about 3 and pulled by 6. We hand non stop action. Lakers, Browns, and a 17.5 lb king. The lake fishing is on fire. We have plenty of openings for this great fishing . Capt lance Keene 810-444-8114

started the morning in the river and hit a hand full of steelhead. Rain should bring the rest of the fish in as long as it does not get muddy. We will be chasing river steelhead for a while yet.

The steelhead fishing remains good in the Big Manistee river. We have been having best luck still running floats through the holes and finding decent numbers of fish to play with. We have plenty of openings for the river this april. Also we will be getting the big boats in soon for some brown trout trolling action.
